PARENTS* AND OTHER 3RD PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED BY FEDERAL LAW TO ORDER A STUDENTS' OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OR DIPLOMA. DO NOT order Teacher Enhancement Transcripts Through this Ordering System.

First semester freshman, first semester transfer students, and first semester graduate students should NOT order transcripts until after they have received grades at the end of their first term. (there is nothing on the transcript until then)
All payments are collected at the time the order is processed, except for documents with the hold for grades or degrees option which are charged when the order is placed.
Duplicate accounts which are created in the Online Transcript Ordering System will be deactivated and all orders associated with the account will be canceled. If you need to update your account login information, please email registrar@mines.edu.

*Students who have either signed a FERPA Student Release form in person or elsewhere and are authorized by notary public allowing parents to order an official transcript, or parents who have a student who can be claimed as dependent, and provide a signed prior year 1040 IRS tax form in person or elsewhere and are authorized by notary public, may order an official transcript by faxing or emailing the Registrar's Office directly, along with a credit card number for payment.
