Through a partnership with Parchment Exchange, IES Abroad alumni can order both electronic and hard copy transcripts.

Electronic Transcript
The electronic official transcript is formatted in PDF and digitally signed to ensure authenticity and security. The recipient is notified via email to download the transcript from a secure web site.

Paper Transcript
The paper transcript is your official academic record printed on safety paper. The transcript is mailed via United States Postal Service.

Transcript Options

• If you are a first-time visitor to the IES Abroad Parchment Exchange website, you will be directed to create a personal profile and user ID/password, which you may use to place future orders.
• The site will direct you through the steps for placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
• Credit cards are charged after orders are fulfilled by IES Abroad.
• Transcripts cannot be released if your account shows an outstanding balance (Financial Hold). Not sure if you have a Financial Hold? Contact the IES Abroad accounting department at 800-995-2300, ext. 5049.
• You will have the opportunity to upload any necessary attachments to be included with your transcript order. Please note, due to the automated nature of the electronic transcript service, the registrar
