Oops, you are in the wrong place. As of 7/17/2020 Parchment no longer provides transcript and diploma services to Concordia University (Portland Campus). They were great to work with and we hated to see them close after all of these years.

The good new is that before the Portland campus closed they did arrange for a sister institution Concordia University (St. Paul Campus) to take over as custodian of their records.That said, it will be a few weeks before St. Paul will be ready to begin taking orders.
On or after August 1, 2020 we urge you to look at their transcript pages and obtain the instructions for their new process.
