If you order the electronic transcript be sure to enter the email address of the college, institution, or employer you are wanting to receive the official transcript. If you have it sent to your personal email and open the email, the transcript is no longer official and we cannot resend the transcript from the original order. You will have to reorder the transcript to be sent to the college.
