The Registrar's Office will be closed on July 3rd and 4th in observance of Independence Day. Transcript mailing requests submitted after 2 PM on Friday, June 30th will be processed on Wednesday, July 5th. Please expect delays during this time. E-Transcripts will be processed same day as usual.

The option to directly send electronic transcripts to Maryland Colleges/Universities is temporarily unavailable. Please request either an electronic PDF transcript to be emailed or paper transcript be mailed. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.


To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password to the left and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

The Registrar's Office is in a new location, Sherman Hall - 2nd Floor (B WING), located between the Administration Building and the University Center.
