Order a Transcript and Duplicate Diploma


Currently, the UMBC campus is physically closed and staff are working remotely. Please refer to UMBC's COVID 19  status page for updated information before coming to campus.

Due to physical campus closure, during this period, official transcript will be available by electronic PDF and EDI only.
Paper Transcript by mail or pick-up will be unavailable during this time.

Please use the 'request help' links on our contact page  to send requests or question and check back for additional updates.


To request a transcript or duplicate diploma you must login or register by creating a new account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password to the left and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

Enrollment and Degree Verification:  Current, Previous Students and Alumni may request a letter from the University verifying enrollment for current or upcoming term and degree verification.
