COVID-19 Message

Out of an abundance of caution regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) prevention, NOVA shifted to providing 100% remote Student Services Support beginning March 18, 2020.Students should continue to use our online transcript ordering system through the Parchment Storefront. 


Please keep in mind that mailing orders to certain countries may take longer than expected due to airline travel restrictions. Also, keep in mind before mailing your transcript to other U.S. colleges/universities or businesses that they may be closed or working remotelyThe quickest delivery option is Electronic PDF or Electronic Exchange. Check with your recipient before completing your order to confirm if they will accept your transcript electronically. The PDF transcript should be sent directly to the recipient's email address. If you email the transcript to yourself and forward it, the transcript will no longer be considered "official" 

Students Important Notice: Check your record before ordering your Transcripts. If a grade or degree has not been posted before you request your transcript, you will need to request and pay for another official transcript. To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password to the left and click Sign InIf this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.
