To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password to the left and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

**Please note that the information you use to create your account, including address and phone number, are for the ordering website only.  You must change your personal information through the TouroOne portal in order for your official student record to be updated**

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, processing of transcript orders may take up to seven (7) business days. Rush shipping and in-person pick up are not currently available. Please be patient. If you have any concerns please email
