Please be advised that transcript ordering will be offline from Monday, August 1 at 5 PM through Wednesday, August 3 at 1PM for system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

CAUTION:   Official Transcripts will not update with Summer 2022 term information such as Degree Awarded, Final Grades, GPA, etc. until end of term processing is completed for all students on August 20, 2022 @ 5 pm. Official transcripts ordered before this date and missing term information, will not be reissued or refunded.

If you opt for pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You can collect your items from the Bear Essentials One-Stop located in Tyler Hall on Level 2: 8am - 5pm

We strongly encourage those ordering transcripts to select the electronic version, if that option is available to you (see below for details). Those who cannot and those who opt not to, select the electronic pdf version should know that delivery times may be impacted by the current challenges USPS is facing with sorting and distribution. Standard delivery is via US Postal service and does not have tracking.

Current and former students, including alumni, must order official transcripts and replacement/duplicate diplomas on this website. You must login or register by creating a new account.
