Midland College has partnered with Parchment to manage ordering, processing, and secure delivery of official transcripts.  You must set up a Parchment Account if you do not have one already.   

To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password to the left and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

Official transcripts will be processed within two weeks (or longer during peak periods) if there are no holds on your student records blocking release.  Orders will be cancelled if there are holds and you will be notified by email.  Once the hold is cleared, you must submit another order.  Check your Parchment Account for the order/delivery status.

*Please note that your e-transcript is available for download for 30 days.

Out of an abundance of caution and concern, Midland College offices are closed to the public.  Email and messages will be monitored during this time, but there will be possible delays in responses and processing. Fed Ex orders cannot be processed at this time; we apologize for the inconvenience.  Classes will resume on March 23rd.  Thank you, Registrar's Office
