Midland College has partnered with Parchment to manage ordering, processing, and secure delivery of official transcripts.  You must set up a Parchment Account if you do not have one already.   

To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password to the left and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

Official transcripts will be processed within two weeks (or longer during peak periods) if there are no holds on your student records blocking release.  Orders will be cancelled if there are holds and you will be notified by email.  Once the hold is cleared, you must submit another order.  Check your Parchment Account for the order/delivery status.

*Please note that your e-transcript is available for download for 30 days.

 During peak periods, transcripts may take up to two weeks to process.

Fed Ex requests must be made by 2:00 pm Central Time.

Important Notice regarding Fed Ex Requests: Prior to ordering, please check to see if the business/institution for your recipient is open. Midland College cannot guarantee that Fed Ex orders will be delivered as many business/institutions are closed due to Covid-19.  We appreciate your understanding regarding this situation.
