To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a Parchment account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password and click Sign In

If this is your first time ordering transcripts from Vanguard University, please click 'Create Account' and enter the required information. When your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

Attention College Credit Connection and Teacher Advancement Program (TAP) Students

Please read the message below in its entirety before ordering transcripts:

If you order your transcripts without reading the following, they may be blank OR your latest course grades may not appear on your transcript. We will not issue you a reprint for free. You must reorder your transcript again from Parchment if you ordered the transcripts before your grades are posted.

Steps for ordering transcripts:

1. You will receive 2 separate emails regarding your grades. 1st email will arrive from CCC with your grade report and the 2nd is from Vanguard University's TAP Office with a copy of your unofficial transcripts.
2. After receiving the 2nd email from Vanguard University's TAP Office with your unofficial transcripts, then click on the "Create Account" 
3. If you already have an existing account with Parchment, please refer to the bullet points below. 
4. Sign in using your Parchment user credentials found under "Returning Users"
5. If you are sending official transcripts to a school, look up the recipient in the Search field. If the search doesn't yield a match, click on the link under the Search field to "Send to Yourself, Another individual, or Third Party"
6. Complete the order process.
