Please note: Our regular office hours are M-F 8:30am-4:30pm. If a manual transcript (transcripts prior to 1993, paper with attachments or Wadham's Hall) is ordered outside of our regular hours processing will occur during regular office hours. 


To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password to the left and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. It is important that you enter your information correctly when creating an account, especially your name at the time you attended Le Moyne College. Entering incorrect information will delay processing times.

Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

  • If you are sending an etranscript to AAMC, please have your AAMC ID and AAMC Transcript ID on hand. 
  • Email the Office of the Registrar (registrar@lemoyne.edu) if you would like to order an etranscript  and have paperwork that needs to be completed by the Office of the Registrar
  • Contact the Office of the Registrar (315-445-4456, registrar@lemoyne.edu) directly if you are requesting a transcript to be sent to OCM BOCES
