Parchment, Inc., is pleased to provide you with Transcript Order Processing Services on behalf of The University of New Mexico. 

  • To optimize your transcript ordering experience it is recommended you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  • Please read the information on these pages CAREFULLY! There are many possible scenarios.
  • To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password to the left and click Sign In. If any part of your enrollment occurred prior to 1983, you should select a LEGACY transcript type. Legacy transcripts are not available in an etranscript format.
  • Etranscripts may be downloaded up to a maximum of three times over a maximum period of 7 days, after which the download will expire.
  • If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.
  • At step 2 you will be asked to select your transcript destination. You may choose from a pre-populated list of transcript recipients. If your recipient is not on the list, you may choose "Send to yourself, another individual, or third party," which will enable you to self-enter your recipient information.
  • The University of Albuquerque closed its doors in 1986. Please do not select a transcript type for the University of Albuquerque if you are a current student unless you actually attended the University of Albuquerque -- prior to 1986.
  • FEDEX orders require a street mailing address. FEDEX can not deliver to a post office box.
  • Orders requested HOLD FOR GRADES will process two weeks after the last Friday of the semester. Grades of NR or I will not stop the processing of these orders.
  • Orders requested HOLD FOR DEGREE are not released individually but will be processed after ALL degrees are awarded on the CURRENT semester.
  • For problems with receipt, we need to be informed within 30 days for an etranscript, within 90 days for a paper transcript.
Please -- Always review the recipient address information carefully.  Refunds will not be given if the address you have provided proves to be incorrect.
