This site is to order an official transcript only. For unofficial transcripts please log in to your myWor-Wic portal account.

***Current students please note: Orders cannot be held for grades. Before starting an order, log in to your myWor-Wic portal and review your unofficial transcript to ensure final grades, degrees and other pertinent information have been posted.*** 

NOTE: If you have a hold on your account, you will not have access to view your official or unofficial transcript.

***If you attended Wor-Wic Community College prior to 1983 please contact the registrar's office at registrar@worwic.edu before placing your order.***

To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. You can use any email address and password of your choosing, you do not need your student log in information to create an account.

If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password to the left and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

  • An Official Secure PDF transcript, sent by email to the recipient of your choice $3.12 per copy (as of 9/30/20)
  • An Official Paper Transcript, sent by regular mail $5.62 per copy (includes postage) (as of 9/30/20)
***Attachments are sent "as is" and are not reviewed by the Registrar's Office. If you have a form that must be completed by the Registrar's Office, please e-mail it to registrar@worwic.edu before you make a transcript request. The Registrar's Office will complete and e-mail the form back to you so that you may then attach it to your transcript request. Attachments can only be sent electronically.
