To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password to the left and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information.  We strongly recommend that you use a personal email account so that you will always have access to the Parchment system.  If you do not have a personal email address, you can get a free address by completing and online form provided by the following email service providers.  Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

If your last year of attendance was prior to 1989, please complete and fax or scan/email this form to the Enrollment Services Center at Aiken Technical College.  Please allow three (3) business days for processing.  The Legacy Transcripts cannot be sent electronically.  Should you have any questions, please contact the Enrollment Services Center at 803-508-7263.
