Please monitor the e-mail address you use to make your request as this is the e-mail where updates regarding your order will be sent.

LIM College will be closed due to the July 4th holiday from July 3rd to July 8th. The college will reopen on July 9th. All orders that are placed from July 2 at 5 pm to July 8th will be processed on July 9th.

To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account (no LIM information is needed to register). If you have already registered, please enter your e-mail and password below and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

A few things to keep in mind before submitting a request.

  • If you select the option to send transcript “Now”, your transcript will be sent as soon as it is processed even if no grades have been posted.
  • If you select the option to “hold for grades”, your transcript will not be sent until all your grades have been posted. Note that this may delay the processing of your transcript as it will not be processed until ALL grades have been posted. NOTE that transcript orders expired after 30 days. Please do not submit request to hold for grades, if the end of the semester is more than a month away.
