Note that since LIM College will be closed for 4th of July holiday from July 4th to July 9th. All requests received after July 3rd at noon, will be processed on July 10th (when the college reopens).

Please monitor the e-mail address you use as this is the e-mail where we will send updates regarding your order.

To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account (no LIM information needed to register). If you have already registered, please enter your e-mail and password below and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

A few things to keep in mind before submitting a request (for current students only).

  • If you select the option to send transcript “Now”, your transcript will be sent as soon as it is processed even if no grades have been posted.
  • If you select the option to “hold for grades”, your transcript will not be sent until all your grades have been posted. Note that this may delay the processing of your transcript as it will not be processed until ALL grades have been posted. NOTE that transcript orders expired after 30 days. Please do not submit request to hold for grades, if the end of the semester is more than a month away.
