(1)   Enter your email address below, and we will send you an email message containing a new password.

(2)   After logging in with your new password, if you would like to change your password, click on “My Account” at the top of the Parchment portal. 

(3)   Please contact us if your password reset email takes more than 20 minutes to arrive.  This may be because you entered your email address incorrectly or do not have an account.  The password reset system will NOT alert you if the email address you entered is not matched with an account.
