Welcome to Parchment. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.

Transcripts from Middlesex Community College are now orderable from the CT State Community College Parchment Transcript Services account. Once you have added the new college onto your account (instructions below), you will be able to choose which specific college transcript you would like to order.

Current and Recent Students: Students who have been issued a NetID and password should login to myCTState (https://my.ctstate.edu/), navigate to Student Self-Service, Transcript Request, Student Records, Transcripts.

Former Students: Students who have not been issued a NetID, please create an account (https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/50693910/institution) to request either the eTranscript or paper transcript. Please ensure that your last name, first name, date of birth and last four digits of your SSN are entered correctly so that your request can be processed in a timely manner.
