It is the responsibility of the student to verify their information in GullNet prior to submitting a request for an official transcript. We are unable to provide refunds for orders placed before all processes are complete.

• OFFICIAL copies must be sent directly to the intended recipient. If you are ordering a copy for yourself, the document is considered unofficial once you have accessed it.

• Be sure to enter your information as well as the recipient’s information correctly. We are unable to provide refunds for orders placed incorrectly.
