Parchment Outage Alert:

Due to a scheduled upgrade, students will not be able to order transcripts or digital diplomas via Parchment from 11:00 am CST on Monday, February 13 through Tuesday, February 14, at 2 pm CST. Once the upgrade is complete, you can access Parchment using these updates instructions.



To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password to the left and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

If you are affiliated with the military, please submit your transcript request through the My Chamberlain student portal at community.chamberlain.edu.  If you need assistance with your student identification information, contact Student Services at 888.556.8226.
