To request a transcript you must login or register by creating a new account. If you have already registered, please enter your Email and Password below and click Sign In.

If this is your first time using the online order system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

LIFETIME TRANSCRIPT FEE: Utica College has discontinued the Lifetime Transcript Fee effective June 1, 2014, but we will continue to honor the Lifetime Transcript Fee for students who have paid it prior to that date; however, these requests must continue to be processed manually. If you have paid the Lifetime Fee and wish to send your paper transcript via US Mail at no charge, please use this form or contact the office at 315-792-3393 or registrar@utica.edu for instructions. If you have previously paid the Lifetime Transcript Fee, but wish to send an electronic transcript, you must use the Parchment login and pay the $4 fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT UPDATING YOUR MAILING ADDRESS: If you update your address within the Parchment system, that new address will NOT be forwarded to the College. To update your contact information with the school, you may send an email to registrar@utica.edu.
